• Account information: name, email address, username, phone number, and password (stored securely hashed — we never see your actual password).
• Payment information: bank account details for withdrawals, and transaction records. Card details are never stored on our servers — payments are processed directly by Paystack and Flutterwave.
• Task activity: tasks you post or complete, proof screenshots you submit, and related timestamps.
• Technical information: IP address and basic device information, used to protect the platform against fraud and multiple-account abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and to process payments and withdrawals.
• To review task submissions and verify their authenticity.
• To detect and prevent fraud, including duplicate accounts and reused proof submissions.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or platform updates.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) to process deposits and withdrawals.
• Task posters, who can see the proof you submit for their specific task, and your username.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention. Task proof screenshots are automatically deleted from our servers a short time after a submission is reviewed.

5. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that some information — particularly transaction records — may need to be retained for legal and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and secure payment processing through licensed providers. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
