Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Boostena, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this platform and to receive payments.

2. Account Rules

• Each person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to complete the same task, earn duplicate rewards, or circumvent daily limits is fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Information you provide during registration must be accurate.

3. Completing Tasks (Vaulters)

• Proof submitted for a task must be genuine and reflect a real, current completion of that specific task. Submitting a reused, edited, or unrelated screenshot is fraud.
• You may not complete a task you posted yourself.
• Task submissions are subject to review and may be rejected if proof is invalid, unclear, or does not match the task requirements.
• Basic accounts are free forever with a daily task limit and a maximum task value; Pro accounts unlock a higher limit and higher-value tasks for a subscription fee.

4. Posting Tasks (Launchers)

• Tasks must be legal, must not involve harmful, deceptive, or adult content, and must accurately describe what's required.
• You must fund your deposit wallet before posting or boosting a task — deposited funds may only be used to post tasks or pay for subscriptions and are not withdrawable.
• You are responsible for reviewing submissions fairly and promptly; unreviewed submissions may be auto-approved after the stated window for certain task types.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Earnings are credited to your earning wallet after a submission is approved, and may be withdrawn to your linked bank account subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal amount and processing fee.
• Deposits are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave, or via manual bank transfer subject to admin verification.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: create multiple accounts; submit fraudulent proof; attempt to manipulate the referral or subscription system; use automated tools/bots to complete tasks; or attempt to circumvent any limit or restriction described in these terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, including forfeiting pending or disputed earnings obtained fraudulently. We aim to be fair — where reasonable, we'll investigate before taking permanent action.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from your own account security failures or from third-party payment processor issues outside our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
